Within 72 hours of your first deposit or before your first withdrawal request (whichever comes first), you must submit clear, legible copies of: (a) a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph; and (b) proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address). ink329 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name matching your verified ink329 account details. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. E-wallet withdrawals are usually completed within 24 hours. ink329 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, ink329 requires that all deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This means you must place bets totaling at least the amount of your deposit before requesting withdrawal. This requirement helps prevent the platform from being used for money laundering or payment processing purposes unrelated to gaming. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover requirements) before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. In the event of game malfunction, server error, disconnection, or technical issue affecting gameplay: (a) if the malfunction occurs before a game round is complete, the bet may be voided and your stake returned; (b) if the malfunction occurs after a game round is complete but before results are displayed, the result stands based on server records; (c) ink329 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your end, device compatibility problems, or force majeure events beyond our control; and (d) in all cases, ink329's server records and logs are considered definitive for dispute resolution purposes.
